We are proud to have been awarded preferred supplier status on a number of National and Regional Frameworks covering the supply of software and hardware

Under EU Directive 2004/18/EC, public sector organisations are required to make use of Framework Agreements when spending public funds. Purchasing consortia are now increasing sharing framework agreements in a bid to drive efficiency in the sector.

Apple Higher Education Framework

Framework: 8th March 2017 - 31st March 2020

The Universities Apple Computer Group (UACG) launched a tender to renew the existing Apple Higher Education framework agreement that has been the leading supply channel for Apple equipment to the UK HE sector for the past 17 years. The great news is that Academia have been awarded Rank #1 on the framework.

The original Apple HE agreement was established in 2002 to provide a dedicated supply channel for all UK HE institutions at a time when the demand for Apple equipment was increasing and a growing number of larger institutions were exceeding tender trigger values on Apple equipment purchases. The agreement has been very successful and is near the end of its third iteration having been retendered in 2007 and 2011. It is currently in its final extension period prior to its re-tender.
